Our process

How does this all work? Follow the steps below!

  • Client contacts us with their design needs and ideas
  • We set up an initial 15 min meeting, free of charge, to discuss client needs, aesthetic, ideas, budget etc
    (This can also be discussed through email if the client prefers)
  • Using the information discussed in the meeting, we provide a formal quote
  • Client can accept the quote by signing through Adobe Sign and paying a 50% deposit

Note pad and pen iconOnce a quote is approved and a deposit has been made, we conduct research and strategize ideas thatwe will use to develop initial concepts.

We develop, design and present drafts for client feedback and approval.

  • Client provides feedback and/or revisions to our drafts 
  • We provide revisions based on that feedback
  • Repeat until client is 100% satisfied

Note: The number of drafts and revisions included in the price depends on which package you have selected.  Additional revisions over and above what is included in your package may be extra.

Client is sent final approval paperwork to sign and return once they are satisfied.

Final high resolution files, and final invoice are sent to the client.
